Every order ships within 1–2 business days from our studio. Delivery typically takes 3–5 days within the continental US, with tracking sent as soon as your parcel is on its way. Complimentary shipping on all orders over $50 — a flat rate applies to smaller orders.
Cats have opinions — we respect that. Try any Velvet Paw piece for 30 days at home. If your cat prefers the cardboard box it came in, send it back for a full refund. No questions asked, no restocking fees. Just email us and we'll arrange the return.
The Hollow Bed cover is machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle — air dry only, no tumble drying. The Grooming Glove and Nest Mat can be rinsed with warm water and air-dried. The Basin Bowl is dishwasher-safe, top rack. Each piece ships with a small care card covering the specifics.
Our pieces are designed for cats between 3–7 kg (7–15 lbs) — the range covering most domestic breeds. The Basin Bowl also suits small dogs up to 10 kg. If your cat is an outlier at either end, drop us a note before ordering and we'll advise honestly on fit.
Yes — our Curated Sets bundle 2–4 pieces at a discount (Essential Comfort, Ultimate Velvet Paw, and Spa & Play). All orders ship in recycled kraft packaging by default, which most gift recipients love as-is. Add a note at checkout if you'd like a hand-written card included.
