Order Processing

Every All Petia piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our facility. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Timeframe

We partner with premium global couriers to ensure your feline essentials arrive safely. Our standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 days from the date of dispatch.

While we always strive to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, this window allows us to manage international transit securely, ensuring your items arrive in pristine condition.

Order Tracking

Visibility is a priority. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through our Track Order page.

Please note: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

Taxes & Duties

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These charges are out of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
